Abstract
Pendahuluan: Kesalahan pengukuran dalam mentaksir berat janin dapat menyebabkan mortalitas dan morbiditas bayi, dimana bayi dilahirkan nanti mengalami Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) ataupun bayi besar yang akhirnya menambah Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) dan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI). untuk itu perlu merumuskan cara mentaksir berat janin yang tepat. Tujuan: mengidentifikasi metode pengukuran taksiran berat janin (TBJ) berdasarkan studi empiris lima tahun terakhir. Metode: desain penelitian Literature Review dengan framework PICOS serta keyword sesuai dengan penulisan. Pencarian menggunakan Scopus, PubMed dan Google Schoolar. Artikel dipilih dengan seleksi jurnal, seleksi abstrak dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sehingga ditemukan artikel yang dapat direview sejumlah 10 artikel. Hasil: dari 10 artikel terdapat 3 artikel (Dongol et al., 2020; Guha Roy & Kathaley, 2018; Preyer et al., 2019) bahwa pengukuran TBJ dengan metode klinik tidak jauh beda dengan USG, 3 artikel (Hidayah et al., 2019; Zenovya, 2018; Kanaka Durgaprasad et al., 2019) bahwa Rumus Dare lebih akurat menentukan TBJ dibandingkan Rumus Johnson, 2 artikel (Maisarah et al., 2021; Pasaribu, 2019) bahwa rumus Dare, Risanto, Johnson memiliki rata-rata selisih BBL dengan TBJ yang hampir sama, 2 artikel (Mariyana et al., 2020; Simanjuntak & Simanjuntak, 2020) bahwa Rumus Risanto lebih akurat menentukan TBJ disbanding Rumus Johnson. Kesimpulan: Pengukuran TBJ dengan metode klinik hasilnya tidak jauh beda dengan USG. Rumus Dare lebih akurat menentukan TBJ dibandingkan Rumus Johnson. Rumus Dare, Rumus Risanto, Rumus Johnson memiliki rata-rata selisih BBL dengan TBJ hampir sama. Rumus Risanto lebih akurat menentukan TBJ dibandingkan Rumus Johnson.
