Abstract

Pola hidup sehat selama pandemi Covid-19 merupakan perilaku untuk menjaga serta meningkatkan kesehatan tubuh, selama pandemi lansia rentan terkena virus, kurangnya motivasi lansia akibat dukungan keluarga kurang dapat mempengaruhi pola hidup sehat lansia selama pandemi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi lansia dalam menjaga pola hidup sehat selama pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitic dengan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi pada penelitian ini lansia yang mengikuti posyandu semua lansia usia 60-70 tahun dengan jumlah 55 orang, sampel pada penelitian ini 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Variabel independen adalah dukungan keluarga dan variabel depennden adalah motivasi lansia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dengan editing, coding, scoring, tabulating, dan analisis data menggunakan uji Rank Spearman alpha <0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lansia memiliki dukungan keluarga sebagian besar cukup sebanyak 18 responden (51,4%). Lansia memiliki motivasi sedang sebagian besar sebanyak 20 responden (57,1%). Uji Rank Spearman dengan nilai kesalahan (= 0,05 menunjukkan nilai p –Value 0,000 < (= 0,05, sehingga H1 diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi lansia dalam menjaga pola hidup sehat selama pandemi Covid-19 Di Posyandu Lansia Dusun Banjardowo. Saran bagi petugas kesehatan dapat memberikan edukasi atau penyuluhan kepada lansia maupun keluarga lansia terkait meningkatkan dukungan keluarga dengan motivasi lansia baik selama pandemi bahkan setelah pandemi Covid-19.
