Abstract
Pendahuluan:Selama pandemi mekanisme koping menjadi penting dilakukan karena tekanan kuat yang dialami petugas kesehatan berdampak negatif tidak hanya untuk kesejahteraan indivdu, tetapi juga untuk sistem perawatan kesehatan.Tujuan: Menganalisis mekanisme koping petugas kesehatan dalam menghadapi stressor di tengah pandemic COVID-19. Desain:Literature review, pencarian menggunakan databasePerpusnas, Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct, artikel yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris dari tahun 2020-2021. Metode:Menggunakan PICOS. Artikel dipilih dengan seleksi jurnal, seleksi abstrak dengan criteria inklusi dan eksklusi.Hasil:Literature review dari 10 artikel yang sudah terpilih dikategorikan menjadi 7 karakteristik mekanisme koping. terdiri dari 2 artikel tentang dukungan sosial (Windarwatiet al, 2021), (Khanalet al, 2020), 3 artikel tentang kepatuhan pencegahan COVID-19 (Ali et al, 2020), (Temsahet al, 2020), (Cai et al, 2020), memiliki cara pandang positif (Sharma et al,2020),melakukan aktivitas (Taharaet al, 2020), penyesuaian psikologis (Chen et al, 2020), konseling psikologis (Sun et al, 2020), memilih makanan sehat (Clevanger, 2021).Kesimpulan:Secara keseluruhan adanya karakteristik mekanisme koping menunjukkan hampir setengah menggunakan kepatuhan pencegahan COVID-19, sebagian kecil menggunakan dukungan sosial, memiliki cara pandang positif, melakukan aktivitas, penyesuaian psikologis, konseling psikologis, memilih makanan sehat. Bagi penetiti selanjutnya Saran:diharapkan untuk mengkaji lebih banyak sumber maupun referensi yang terkait dengan mekanisme stress agar hasil penelitian literature review lebih baik.
