Abstract
Pendahuluan : Hipertensi atau ”silent killer” adalah penyakit dengan tanda dan gejala yang belum jelas dimana kondisi tekanan darah yang melebihi batas normal. Salah satu komplikasi penyebab hipertensi adalah adanya perdarahan pada otak akibat dari atherosklerosis sehingga pembuluh darah menjadi rentan dan memicu timbulnya masalah resiko kletidakefektifan perfusi jaringan otak. Tujuan : Mampu memberikan perawatan pada klien hipertensi dengan masalah resiko ketidakefektifan perfusi jaringan otak berbasis teori kenyamanan Kolcaba. Metode : Desain penelitian adalah descriptive research dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang menekankan metode observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data yang ingin diperoleh melalui kepekaan indera peneliti dengan analisis data disajikan secara narasi atau tabel dengan berpedoman terhadap etika penelitian yaitu informed consent, anonymity, dan confidentially. Hasil : Masalah keperawatan yang muncul dari kasus hipertensi yaitu resiko ketidakefektifan perfusi jaringan otak. Perawatan klien hipertensi dilakukan berdasarkan teori kenyamanan Kolcaba yang disesuaikan dengan intervensi relief, ease, dan transcendence dan implementasi standart comfort, coaching, dan comfort food for the soul. Kesimpulan : Perawatan klien dengan masalah resiko ketidakefektifan perfusi jaringan otak sesuai dengan teori kenyamanan Kolcaba telah dilakukan pengkajian secara komprehensif dan perencanaan serta tindakan keperawatan sesuai dengan masing-masing konsep teori dengan hasil evaluasi kedua klien belum ada perubahan secara signifikan sehingga membututuhkan terapi lebih lanjut sesuai dengan hasil kolaborasi dengan tenaga medis yang lain. Saran : Saran yang diberikan untuk penelitian yang telah dilakukan seharusnya perawat dapat berinovasi dalam mengembangkan ilmu keperawatan khususnya dalam perawatan klien hipertensi dengan masalah resiko ketidakefektifan perfusi jaringan otak.
