Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kanker payudara merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia maupun di dunia.Ca Mammaeatau kanker payudara merupakan suatu tumor ganas yang terbentuk oleh pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sel yang tak terkendali dipayudara dan menyebar diantara jaringan dan organ sekitar payudara atau bagian tubuh lainnya dan salah satu penyebab kematian yang terjadi di seluruh dunia,banyak masyarakat yang datang di rumah sakit saat kanker sudah pada stadium lanjut, hal inilah yang memicu angka kematian semakin meningkat akibat kanker payudara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan tingkat pengetahuan Ca Mammae dengan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (Sadari) pada wanita usia subur berdasarkan studi empiris dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Metode: Studi literature review database Google Scholar, PubMed, Garuda, Researchgate (2018-2022) artikel bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Populasi artikel dengan topik hubungantingkat pengetahuan Ca Mammaeterhadap pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (Sadari). Tidak ada intervensi, ada faktor pembanding. Outcomeadanya pengaruh tingkat pengtahuan Ca Mammae terhadap pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (Sadari).Studi desaincross-sectional,kuantitative. Hasil : Sebagian besar wanita usia subur masih belum mengetahui tentang Ca Mammae dan sadari, sehingga perlu adanya health education untuk membantu menciptakan kemampuanmelakukan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (Sadari).Kesimpulan:Adanya hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan Ca Mammmae dengan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (Sadari).
