Abstract
Pandemi virus covid-19 merupakan jenis virus yang menyerang sistem imun, pentingnya meningkatkan sistem imun sebagai upaya peningkatan kekebalan tubuh untuk melawan dan mencegah virus kejadian Covid-19 sangat penting dilakukan untuk membantu melawan replikasi virus dan membuat virus berhenti menyebar. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi upaya peningkatan imunitas untuk mencegah kejadian covid-19. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan literatur review melalui database science direct, Pubmed dan google scholer tahun (2019-2022) dengan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Populasi ini berkaitan dengan upaya peningkatan imunitas tubuh pada covid-19 di era pandemi. Outcome penelitian ini adalah upaya peningkatan imunitas untuk mencegah kejadian covid-19 di era pandemi. Studi desain menggunakan Analitik cross Sectional, Observasional, case study Deskriptif, Pre-Experimental, and eksperimental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya peningkatan sistem imun untuk mencegah kejadian covid-19 dapat dilakukan dengan mengkonsumsi suplemen dan mineral yaitu vitamin B, C, D, E, zinc selenium serta minuman herbal yaitu kunyit, temulawak, jahe. dan empon-empon. Kesimpulan penelitian ini upaya peningkatan imunitas dapat dilakukan dengan mengkonsumsi suplemen dan minuman herbal. Saran penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan edukasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan sistem imun di era pandemi covid-19. Kata Kunci : peningkatan imunitas, pencegahan covid-19
