Abstract

Pendahuluan : Pola asuh orang tua dimasa prasekolah sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, kenyataannya masih ada anak usia prasekolah yang belum bisa mecapai kemandirian dalam hal memenuhi kebutuhan kebersihan diri. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kemandirian personal hygiene pada anak prasekolah berdasarkan studi empiris dalam lima tahun terakhir. Metode : penelitian ini menggunakan literature review melalui database Garuda, Google Scholar, Proquest, ResearchGate, PubMed tahun 2018-2022, untuk mengambil artikel yang relevan diterbitkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris dengan Frameworck PICOS. Problem ini berkaitan dengan kurangnya kemandirian personal hygiene pada anak prasekolah, Intervention tidak ada intervensi, Comparation tidak ada faktor pembanding dalam penelitian, Outcome ada hubungan terkait dengan hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan kemandirian personal hygiene pada anak prasekolah, Study design experimental study, quasy experiment, experiment with factory design, longitudinal analytic, Cross-Sectional, prospective, quantitative. Hasil : sebagian besar anak prasekolah masih belum bisa mencapai kemandirian personal hygiene, sehingga pola asuh demokratis dan otoriter dapat membantu menciptakan kemampuan kemandirian anak prasekolah dalam melakukan personal hygiene. Kesimpulan : menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kemandirian personal hygiene pada anak prasekolah.
