Abstract
Pendahuluan Pohon Moringa oleifera kaya senyawa yang memiliki manfaat kesehatan dan sangat dibutuhkan untuk pengobatan. Daun kelor telah dilaporkan memiliki aktivitas antibakteri gram positif dan gram negatif diantaranya Salmonella typhi. Tujuan literature review ini untuk mengetahuidaya hambat ekstrak daun kelor terhadap bakteri Salmonella typhi. Desain dari penelitian adalah literature review. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan desain literature review dengan memakai format PICOS dan menggunakan kata kunci Salmonella typhi dan ekstrak daun kelor. Hasil didapatkan bahwa ekstrak daun kelor mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Salmonella typhi dengan ukuran zona hambat yang berbeda pada setiap jurnal. Kesimpulan bahwa daya hambat bakteri Salmonella typhi pada daun kelor dipengaruhi beberapa faktor: bahan ekstrak daun kelor, genetik, lingkungan dan metode budidaya kelor. Saran bagi peneliti yang tertarik meneliti dengan penelitian metode literature review, beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah validitas, hasil, dan relevansi dari sebuah bukti ilmiah jurnal supaya di peroleh data yang lengkap untuk dilakukan review.
