Abstract
Latar belakang : Anak retardasi mental memiliki fungsi intelektual dibawah rata-rata yang disertai dengan gangguan adaptasi yang muncul sebelum usia 18 tahun. Tujuan literature review ini untuk menganalisis hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap perilaku cuci tangan pada anak retardasi mental. Metode : Jenis penelitian dari 10 jurnal yang sudah di anlisis hampir seluruhnya menggunakan desain cross sectional. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan anak yang tidak mendapatkan dukungan keluarga, terdapat 3 anak (12,5%) yang mandiri, sedangkan dari 18 anak yang mendapatkan dukungan keluarga terdapat 6 anak (33,3%) yang tidak mandiri. Berdasarkan uji statistik diperoleh nilai p = 0,001 (p < 0,05), dengan derajat kemaknaan (α = 0,05). Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga terhadap perilaku cuci tangan pada anak retardasi mental. Saran : Dapat menjadi pendidikan kesehatan bagi keluarga untuk meningkatkan dukungan keluarga dan perilaku cuci tangan pada anak retardasi mental.
