Abstract
Pendahuluan : Post partum merupakan masa dimana organ-organ repsroduksi mulai kembali normal, hal ini biasaya berlangsung slama membutuhkan waktu 6 minggu Periode pada post partum di bagi menjadi 3. Pendarahan postpartum merupakan penyebab utama kematian ibu Metode : literature review ini mernggunakan data sekunder, pencarian data di akses melalui database Google Scholar, Research Gate dan science direct dengan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir, jurnal di ambil berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman PICOS Hasil : Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kriteria penanganan pendarahan pada penderita postpartum dengan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir ) hasil penulisan literature review ini memuat rangkuman dalam bentuk table Kesimpulan : Identifikasi penanganan perdarahan postpartum berdasarkan Studi Empiris 5 Tahun Terakhir dirangkum dalam 5 kriteria. Dari 5 kriteria yang sudah di paparkan bertujuan untuk menekan angka kematian pada ibu pasca kehamilan Kata Kunci : perdarahan, postpartum
