Abstract
Pendahuluan: Masalah yang timbul dari penggunaan alat kontrasepsi dalam rahim (IUD) adalah memiliki kaitan hubungan dengan kejadian keputihan. Tujuan literature review ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan kontrasepsi IUD dengan kejadian flour albus berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database Pubmed, Hindawi, Google Scholar. Jumlah artikel ditemukan 1.005 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan tahun 2017-2020, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “Kontrasepsi IUD” AND “IUD”. Hasil dan Analisis:Hasil review artikel penelitian mendapatkan 10 artikel menurut Achilles et al., (2018); Irmayanti & Lusiana, (2017); Mayangsari et al., (2019); Mesra, (2020); Rahayu, (2017); Ratna, (2020); Setyowati & Wulansari, (2019); Sukardi et al., (2019); Widyaningtyas et al., (2019); Zeng et al., (2018) menyatakan bahwa pilihan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi pada wanita adalah dengan IUD dan menyebutkan bahwa timbulnya masalah keputihan biasanya terjadi pada pengguna IUD sehingga didapatkan hubungan pengguanaan KB IUD dengan resiko terjadinya keputihan. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan literature review artikel hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa ada hubungan penggunaan kontrasepsi IUD dengan kejadian flour albus berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir Kata kunci: IUD, Keputihan, Kontrasepsi
