Abstract

Hipertensi pada kehamilan adalah hipertensi yang ditandai dengan tekanan darah ≥ 140/90 mmhg setelah umur kehamilan 20 minggu, disertai dengan proteinuria ≥ 300 mg/24 jam.Akibat lain dari ibu dengan hipertensi adalah berat llahir bayi kurang dari 10 persentil, hambatan pertumbuhan janin, angka kematgian petrinatal dan neonatal yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan ibu yang tidak hipertensi. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian hipertensi pada kehamilan diantaranya Usia, Paritas, Riawayat keluarga, Riwayat Hipertensi, IMT, gangguan ginjal, faktor kehamilan molahidatidosa, hydrops fetalis, dan kehamilan ganda serta faktor ekonomi (menurut Katsiki N etr , al 2010). Upaya penanganan penyakit hipertensi perlu ditingkatkan untuk menurunkan tingkat morbiditas dan mortalitas, dan oleh karena itu dibutuhkan suatu upaya preventif yang diberikan melalui konseling dan pengaturan pola hidup ibu hamil dengan hipertensi.Untuk mengetahui identifikasi faktor resiko lkejadian hipertensi pada kehamilan. Penelitian menggunakan Literature Rivew , melalui database Google Scholer dan Pubmed. Untuk mengambil artikel yang revlevan diterbitkan dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia. Populasi ini berkaitan dengan hipertensi pada kehamilan. Sebanyak 10 artikel terpilih digunakan sebagai literatur. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi faktor resiko kejadian hipertensi pada kehamilan adalah Riwayat Hipertensi , Paritas , Lingkungan , Umur , Pengetahuan. Hasil literature review menunjukkan bahwa identifikasi faktor resiko kejadian hipertensi pada kehamilan adalah riwayat penyakit hipertensi, paritas , Lingkungan , umur berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir.
