Abstract
Pendahuluan: Masalah metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang yang paling banyak diminati adalah Implant, namun memiliki efek samping utama yaitu terjadinya perdarahan bercak (spotting) dan amenorhea. Tujuan Mereviewhubungan pemakaian kontrasepsi implant denganspotting berdasarkan studi empiris lima tahun terakhir.Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci yaitu “pemakaian KB Implant” dan“spotting”, “implant contraceptive and menstrual bleeding” and “implant contraceptive and spotting”.Sumber artikel yang digunakan dari database Google Schoolar, Biomed dan ProQuest. Jumlah artikel ditemukan 3.345 sesuai kata kunci. Kemudian di skrining pada terbitan 2016-2021, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Hasil dan Analisis: Hasil review dari artikel penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh artikel penelitian yaitu sebesar 100% atau sebanyak 10 artikel yang direview pemakaian kontrasepsi implant dengan efek samping spotting.. Jurnal pada tahun 2020 oleh Misrina, Rosa Amelia Putri; Hasliana Haslan, Indryani; Nur Laelah, Happy Dwi Aprilina serta tahun 2019 oleh Eny Rachma, Diah Eko Ihda Mauliyah. Kesimpulan: Hasil literature review menunjukkan bahwa hubungan pemakaian kontrasepsi implant mempunyai efek samping spooting berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir.
