Abstract

Pendahuluan : Di awal menyebarnya wabah corona pemantauan di posyandu di tangguhkan guna menghindari balita tertular virus corona karena usianya yang sangat rentan akibatnya status tumbuh kembangnya kurang terpantau. Tujuan Mengetahui Penatalaksanaan pemantauan tumbuh kembang balita di masa pandemic Covid-19 berdasarkan studi literature 2 tahun terakhir. Metode : Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database Pubmed, NCBI,Goggle Scholar, Jumlah artikel ditemukan 5.660 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan tahun 2020-2021, artikel yang duplikasi dan artikel yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “ tumbuh kembang ” AND “covid 19. Hasil dan Analisis :Hasil review artikel penelitian mendapatkan 10 artikel menyatakan yaitu : Sari et al,(2021). Wahyun (2021)i , Dinengsih (2020) , Wida and Hz (2020), Etikasari, Puspitasari and Kartika (2020) , Effendi(2020), , Ariany (2021) , Araújo(2020) , Feger(2020), Akseer et al(2020). menyatakan terjadinya pandemic Covid-19 kegiatan POSYANDU di beberapa daerah ditangguhkan untuk menghindari kerumunan karena anak balita sangat rentan kegiatan di gantikan dengan pemantauan lewat aplikasi online Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan literature review dari 10 artikel disimpulkan bahwa Penatalaksanaan Pemantauan Tumbuh Kembang Balita Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 tetap dilaksanakan ada yang menggunakan aplikasi online dan datang sesuai protokol kesehatan, berdasarkan data empiris lima tahun terakhir Kata kunci: Tumbuh Kembang Balita, Pandemi Covid-19
