Abstract

Penularan COVID-19 berdampak pada kelangsungan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat, termasuk pelayanan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi pada wanita usia subur. Tujuan literature review ini untuk menganalisis penggunaan alat kontrasepsi pada wanita usia subur dimasa pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database Pubmed, Scopus dan, dan Google scholar. Jumlah artikel ditemukan 1.839 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan lima tahun terakhir yaitu 2016-2021, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “contraception” AND “IUD” AND “Covid-19”. Hasil literatur review mendapatkan hasil bahwa sebagian besar artikel yang dilakukan review adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2020 sebesar 70% atau sebanyak 7 artikel.Hasil literatur review artikel penelitian juga mendapatkan hasil bahwa sebagian besar dari artikel penelitian mendapati hasil bahwa presentase pilihan penggunaan alat kontrasepsi selama masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah dengan menggunakan alat kontrasepsi jangka panjang yaitu IUD sebanyak 6 artikel penelitian (60%). Penggunaan alat kontrasepsi pada wanita usia subur pada masa pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir adalah sebagian besar dengan menggunakan alat kontrasepsi jangka panjang seperti IUD dan Implant dan hampir separuh menggunakan alat kontrasepsi jangka pendek seperti Pil dan Suntik.
