Abstract

Pendahuluan : Kegagalan dalam proses menyusui sering disebabkan karena masalah ibu maupun pada bayi. Dari sisi ibu air susu ibu yang kurang lancar atau bahkan tidak keluar sehingga bayi sering menangis atau menolak menyusu Tujuan Mengidentifikasi pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu pos partum berdasarkan data empiris lima tahun terakhir. Desain : Penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database NCBI, Copernicus, Google Scholar, E-Perpusnas Jumlah artikel ditemukan 2.708 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan tahun 2017-2020, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Metode pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “pijat oksitosin ” AND “air susu ibu ”. Hasil review artikel penelitian mendapatkan 10 artikel menyatakan yaitu (Lestari, 2017), (Hesti et al., 2017), (Lisa, 2018), (Yusari, 2016), (Yessy Roulina, 2018), (Saputri, Ginting and Zendato, 2019a), (Patimah, Mashoedi and Hadisaputro, 2019), (Juwariyah, 2020), (Apreliasari, 2017), (Mudrikatin and Wati, 2020) bahwa dengan memberikan pijat oksitosin pada ibu post partum dapat meningkatkan produksi air susu ibu. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan literature review artikel hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu pos partum berdasarkan data empiris lima tahun terakhir Kata kunci: pijat oksitosin, air susu ibu
