Abstract

Pendahuluan : Sekitar 70% wanita yang melahirkan pervagina baik pada primigravida maupun pada multigravida mengalami trauma perineum Tujuan Mengidentifikasi pengaruh pijat perineum pada kehamian trimester tiga terhadap kejadian ruptur perineum pada persalinan berdasarkan data empiris lima tahun terakhir Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database Pubmed, Goggle Scholar, E-Perpusnas Jumlah artikel ditemukan 3.290 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan tahun 2017-2020, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “pijat perineum ” AND “rupture perineum”. Hasil review artikel penelitian mendapatkan 10 artikel menyatakan yaitu Nisa,(2018), Enyebuchi, (2018); (Bayraktar, 2021) ;(Indrayani & Tuasikal, 2020); (Meo, 2020) ; Choirunissa & Han, (2019) ;(Yulianti et al., 2021) (Ma’rifah, 2017)Patroni,( 2019), (Anggraini et al., 2019) bahwa dengan memberikan pijat perineum pada kehamilan trimester tiga secara rutin durasi sepuluh menit tiap hari dapat mnekan terjadinya ruptur perineum selama persalinan. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan literature review artikel hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh pijat perineum terhadap kejadian rupture perineum pada ibu bersalin m berdasarkan data empiris lima tahun terakhir Kata kunci: Pijat perineum, Ruptur perineum
