Abstract

Pendahuluan: Ibu hamil dengan status gizi buruk atau mengalami KEK (Kurang Energi Kronis) cenderung melahirkan bayi premature. Tujuan literature review ini untuk mengidentifikasi Kurang Energi Kronis (KEK) pada kehamilan dengan kejadian persalinan prematur berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir Metode dan desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database Pubmed, SAGe, Google Scholar.E-Perpusnas Jumlah artikel ditemukan 1.654 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan tahun 2017-2020, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “kurang energy kronis ” AND “prematur”.Hasil dan Analisis:Hasil review artikel penelitian mendapatkan 10 artikel menurut (Nofi Ita, 2017) (Eliza Nuryani, 2017) (Yingchun Liu , Hui Li, Qila Sha, 2018) (Kartikawati, 2019) (Rahayu, 2020) (Woldeamanuel et al., 2019), (Wiwik, 2020) (Sakinah, 2017) (Lestari, 2021),, (Mustika, 2021) menyatakan bahwa KEK selama hamil akan menimbulkan masalah pada ibu , janin dan proses persalinan, KEK terhadap proses persalinan dapat mengakibatkan persalinan sulit dan lama, persalinan sebelum waktunya (prematur). Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan literature review artikel hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa ada hubungan Kurang Energi Kronis (KEK) pada kehamilan dengan kejadian persalinan prematur berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir Kata kunci: Kurang energi kronis, persalinan prematur
