Abstract

Pendahuluan: . Nyeri dalam persalinan merupakan penyebab frustasi dan putus asa yang dikeluhkan ibu bersalin , sehingga beberapa ibu sering merasa tidak mampu melewati proses persalinan akibat nyeri yang dirasakan .Tujuan Mengidentifikasi pengaruh Deep Back Massage terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan kala I berdasarkan studi empiris dalam lima tahun terakhir Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database NCBI, Sciendirect, LISBR, Google Scholar.E-Perpusnas Jumlah artikel ditemukan 2.660 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan tahun 2017-2020, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Metode review pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “Deep Back Massage ” AND “nyeri ”OR pain. Hasil literatur review artikel penelitian mendapatkan 10 artikel menurut (Yeni Fitrianingsi1 Vita Ardiana, 2017) (Nafiah et al., 2018), (Maulidiya, 2019), (Abdul-Sattar Khudhur Ali S, 2018), (Wahyuni et al., 2018), (Rosmiarti iRiska Marlin Murbiah, 2020), (Ardi, 2020), (Sari, 2020), (Rosita, 2020), . Taqiyah, (2021) menyatakan bahwa dengan memberikan Deep Back Massage pada kala satu fase aktif dapat mengurangi intensitas nyeri dan memberikan rasa nyaman pada persalinan Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan literature review artikel hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh Deep Back Massage terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan kala I berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir Kata kunci: Deep Back Massage, nyeri persalinan
