Abstract
Rendahnya penggunaan IUD pasca plasenta dibandingkan dengan teknik kontrasepsi lainnya disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor. Tujuan literature review ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan kontrasepsi IUD post placenta.Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database Springer Link, NCBI dan Google scholar. Jumlah artikel ditemukan 1.316 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan tahun 2018-2021, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “IUD” AND “Post Placenta”.Hasil review artikel penelitian mendapatkan 10 artikel menyatakan bahwa faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan IUD Post Plasenta adalah faktor usia, paritas, pendidikan, pengetahuan, keyakinan, dukungan suami dan pekerjaan.Berdasarkan literature review artikel hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa faktor usia, paritas, pendidikan, pengetahuan, keyakinan, dukungan suami dan pekerjaanberhubungan dengan penggunaan IUD Post Plasen berdasarkan studi empiris 4 tahun terakhir.
