Abstract

Latar belakang: Kejadian preeklampsia pada ibu hamil disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor antara lain umur, hipertensi sebelumnya, faktor genetik, multigravida berhubungan dengan penyakit hipertensi kronis, diabetes militus dan lain-lain. Determinan faktor-faktor tersebut berperan dalam terjadinya preeklampsia pada ibu hamil dan beresiko terjadinya komplikasi pada ibu antara lain Sindrom HELLP (Haemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelet count), eklamsia, penyakit kardiovaskular, kegagalan organ, gangguan pembekuan darah, solusio plasenta dan stroke hemoragik. Sedangkn komplikasi yang terjadi pada janin yaitu prematuritas, kematian janin, terhambatnya pertumbuhan janin, dan asfiksia neonatarum. Tujuan : Identifikasi literature review jurnal Determinan risiko kejadian preeklalmpsia pada ibu hamil berdasarkan kajian literatur review 5 tahun terakhir. Metode : Strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan PICOS framework dengan keyword yang disesuaikan dengan topik penulisan. Artikel dipilih berdasarkan abstrak atau teks lengkap sebelum dimasukkan dalam peninjauan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang akan direview. Hasil: Sebanyak 10 artikel yang terpilih digunakan dalam penulisan literatur review. Bahwa sebanyak setengah dari jurnal faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi preeklampsia pada ibu hamil yaitu umur, pekerjaaan, paritas, kunjungan ANC, jarak kehamilan, riwayat keturunan, pendidikan. Kesimpulan: Faktor-faktor determinan terjadinya preeklampsia pada ibu hamil anatara lain, umur, paritas, status pekerjaan, jarak kehamilan, pendidikan, riwayat keturunan, riwayat penyakit keluarga seperti diabetes melitus, riwayat kesehatan, dan Indeks Masa Tubuh. Kata Kunci : Determinan, Preeklampsia, Ibu Hamil.
