Abstract
Pendahuluan: Masalah pengeluaran ASI pada hari pertama melahirkan dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya produksi hormon prolaktin dan oksitosin sehingga banyak ibu merasa ASI tidak keluar pada hari pertama. Tujuan: Mereview pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu nifas berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir. Metode: Desain penulisan ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci yaitu “Pijat Oksitosin/Oxytocin Massage” dan “Produksi ASI/Breatsmilk Production”. Sumber artikel yang digunakan dari database DOAJ, Google Schoolar dan Atlantis Press. Jumlah artikel ditemukan 2.418sesuai kata kunci. Kemudian di skrining pada terbitan 2016-2021, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Hasil dan Analisis:Hasil analisis dari 10 jurnal yang direview yaitu 1 artikel (2016), 1 artikel (2017), 3 artikel (2018), 3 artikel (2019), dan 2 artikel (2020) menunjukkan bahwa seluruhnya penelitian dilakukan pijat oksitosin pada responden ibu nifas dan pemberian pijat oksitosin tersebut untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI ibu nifas. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu nifas. Kesimpulan: Hasil literature review menunjukkan pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu nifas berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir.
