Abstract

Pendahuluan: Banyak akseptor KB suntik yang tidak memahami efek samping kontrasepsi suntik, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi baik dan rendahnya pengetahuan dalam penggunaan kontrasepsi suntik antara lain pendidikan, usia, media, ketersediaan alat, dan dukungan tenaga medis dan suami. Tujuan literature review ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan ibu tentang metode kontrasepsi suntik berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database Scopus, Pubmed, NCBI dan Google scholar. Jumlah artikel ditemukan 6.228 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan tahun 2017-2021, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “Knowledge” AND “Pengetahuan” AND “KB Suntik” AND “InjectionContraception”. Hasil dan Analisis:Hasil literatur review 10 artikel penelitian (Brito et al., 2018; Debby Pratiwi, 2021; Eremutha F, 2020; Laryea et al., 2017; Nugraheni & Alviana, 2020; Nur et al., 2019; Rismawanti, 2020; Sahara & Untari, 2021; Usmia et al., 2020; Yulianti & Eliyana, 2021) menunjukkan bahwa metode kontrasepsi yang digunakan adalah KB suntik dan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan tentang KB suntik dari 10 artikel penelitian adalah memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat baik tentang kontrasepsi suntik. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir dari 10 artikel penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengetahuan ibu tentang kontrasepsi suntik didapatkan seluruhnya memiliki pengetahuan yang baik.
