Abstract

Pendahuluan: Galaktagog merupakan suatu substansi yang dapat meningkatkan suplai air susu ibu (ASI). Untuk bisa meningkatkan produksi ASI, ibu harus lebih banyak mengonsumsi jenis makanan yang mengandung Galaktagog. Tujuan:Mengetahui efektifitas Galaktagog untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui.Desaign:Literature review. Sumber data: Pencarian menggunakan database Google Scholar, Science Direct,Cochrane Libraryjurnal dengan topik yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris 5 tahun terakhir mulai dari tahun 2016-2020.Review metode:Pencarian artikel menggunakan PICOS dengan keyword yang sesuai dengan penulisan. Jurnal dipilih dengan seleksi jurnal, seleksi abstrak dengan kriteria inklusi, ekslusi sehingga ditemukan jurnal yang dapat direview.Hasil: Literature review dari 10 jurnal yang sudah terpilih semuanya sesuai studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir (Ağagündüz, D. (2020), Abdou, Rania Mohamed Fathey, Mona (2018), Foong, Siew, dkk (2020),Nisa Karima, M Rifki Pratama,Khairun Nisa Berawi, dkk (2019), Sri Fajar Lestari, Heny Prasetyorini (2020),Ani T Prianti, Rahayu Eryanti, dkk (2020), Ani T Prianti, Rahayu Eryanti, dkk (2020), Warjidin Aliyanto, Rosmadewi Rosmadewi(2018), Özalkaya, E. Aslandoǧdu, Z. Özkoral, ATopcuoǧlu, S.Karatekin, G. (2018), Nikmah Jalilah Ritonga, Eka Defi Mulyani, dkk (2019). Semua referensi diatas menunjukkan bahwa Galaktagog oral mempengaruhi produksi ASI.Kesimpulan: Pada 10 jurnal yang penulis riview semuanya menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh Galaktagog oral untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI. Kata Kunci : Galaktagog, meningkatkan produksi ASI.
