Abstract

Adanya pandemi Covid-19 membuat ibu hamil memiliki perasaan cemas dan takut untuk memeriksakan kehamilannya sehingga sebagian besar jarang melakukan kunjungan antenatal. Tujuan literature review ini untuk mengidentifikasi respon emosional ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan antenatal care (ANC) pada masa pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database NCBI, Scopus dan, dan Google scholar. Jumlah artikel ditemukan 2,578 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan lima tahun terakhir yaitu 2017-2021, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “anxiety” AND “antenatal care” AND “Covid-19”. Hasil literatur review mendapatkan hasil bahwa sebagian besar artikel yang dilakukan review adalah artikel yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2021 sebesar 60% atau sebanyak 6 artikel.Hasil literatur review juga mendapatkan hasil bahwa hampir setengah dari artikel penelitian mendapati respon emosional ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan ANC berupa takut dan kecemasan yaitu sebesar masing-masing 40% atau 4 artikel. Respon emosional ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan antenatal care (ANC) pada masa pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir yang terjadi adalah berupa ketakutan, kecemasan, stress dan depresi yang berdampak pada ketidakhadiran atau keteraturan Ibu hamil dalam melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal care.
