Abstract

Pengantar: Kecemasan saat hamil umumnya disebabkan oleh perubahan kadar hormon endorfin, kecemasan meningkat pada kehamilan trimester III, Apabila berkelanjutan meningkatkan risiko preeklamsia, dan depresi pasca melahirkan. Selain itu, kondisi ini juga meningkatkan resiko kelahiran prematur, berat badan lahir rendah, skor APGAR rendah, dan gangguan pernapasan pada bayi. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi pengaruh senam hamil terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III dalam menghadapi persalinan berdasarkan empiris lima tahun terakhir.Desain: Literature review. Sumber data: Pencarian menggunakan database Google Scholar, Sciencedirect and PubMed Central. jurnal dengan topik yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris 5 tahun terakhir tahun 2016-2020. Review metode: Pencarian jurnal menggunakan PICOS dengan keyword sesuai dengan penulisan. Jurnal dipilih dengan seleksi jurnal, seleksi abstrak dengan kriteria inklusi, eksklusi ditemukan jurnal yang dapat direview.Hasil: Literature review dari 10 artikel yang dipilih dikategorikan menjadi 3 karakteristik. Terdiri dari 8 jurnal tentang pengaruh senam hamil terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil TM III dalam menghadapi persalinan, 1 jurnal tentang Senam Hamil dan tidak senam hamil, 1 jurnal tentang senam hamil kombinasi prenatal yoga. Karakteristik tersebut menunjukkan kondisi ibu yang mengalami kecemasan dapat berkurang setelah diberikan senam hamil.Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh senam hamil terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III dalam menghadapi persalinan.
