Abstract

Pendahuluan: Salah satu faktor yang dapat menyebabkan ibu hamil tidak melakukan imunisasi TT adalah karena rendahnya dukungan keluarga terhadap ibu hamil. Tujuan literature review ini untuk Mereview hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan imunisasi Toksoid (TT) pada Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan framework PICOS. Sumber artikel yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam literature review berasal dari database NCBI, Google Scholar. Jumlah artikel ditemukan 4.340 yang sesuai dengan kata kunci. Artikel penelitian kemudian di skrining kembali pada terbitan tahun 2016-2020, jurnal yang duplikasi dan jurnal yang tidak sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dilakukan ekslusi sehingga didapatkan yaitu 10 artikel yang akan direview. Review metode: Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci “dukungan keluarga”, “Imunisasi tetanus toksoid”, “pasangan usia subur”. Hasilreview artikel penelitian mendapatkan 10 artikel menurut (Alexsander & Thesa ., 2019; Andi. N, et al 2018; Meriem et al., 2018; Desta et al, 2020; Nurmawati & Munawaroh, 2017; Diah, 2017; S Wine Frida et al, 2020; Muhabaw et al., 2018; Vittorio Demichele et al., 2015; Marius et al., 2017)menyatakan bahwa keberhasilan pemberian imunisasi tetanus toksoid karena adanya dukungan keluarga. dan menyebutkan dukungan keluarga dapat mempengaruhi responden Dalam melakukan imunisasi tetanus toksoid. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan literature review artikel hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan imunisasi (TT) pada pasangan usia subur (PUS)berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir Kata kunci: Dukungan keluarga,Imunisasi tetanus toksoid, pasangan usia subur
