Abstract

Pendahuluan: Ikterus neonatorum merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering ditemukan di antara bayi baru lahir (BBL) pada minggu pertama kehidupannya, jika tidak ditangani sejak dini dapat berakibat fatal bahkan kematian. Bayi prematur lebih sering mengalami ikterus dibandingkan bayi cukup bulan. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi hubungan prematuritas dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum. Desain: Literature review. Sumber data: Pencarian menggunakan database BioMed, NCBI, Plos Onedan Google Scholar, danScience Direct, artikel dengan topik yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris 5 tahun terakhir mulai dari tahun 2016-2020. Review metode: Pencarian artikel menggunakan PICOS dengan keyword yang sesuai dengan penulisan. Artikel dipilih dengan seleksi artikel, seleksi abstrak dengan kriteria inklusi, ekslusi sehingga ditemukan artikel yang dapat direview.Hasil: Literature review dari 10 artikel yang sudah terpilih semuanya sesuai studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir yaitu prematuritas (Granese et al., 2019, Aynalem et al., 2020, Tuti Meihartati, 2017, Indah Maulidya, 2017, Susi Lestari, 2018, Yetti Anggraini. 2016), ikterus neonatorum (Indra Azhari, 2016, Nimas Anggie Auliasari, 2019, Indah Maulidya, 2017, Susi Lestari, 2018, Dwi Yuliawati, 2018, Yetti Anggraini, 2016, Rully Fatriani, 2020), hubungan prematuritas dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum (Indah Maulidya, 2017, Susi Lestari, 2018, Yetti Anggraini. 2016). Semua referensi artikel tersebut menunjukkan ada hubungan prematuritas dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum. Kesimpulan: Pada 10 artikel yang penulis riview semuanya menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan prematuritas dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum. Kata Kunci : prematuritas, ikterus neonatorum
