Abstract

Pendahuluan: Persalinan merupakan suatu hal yang fisiologis, tetapi beberapa proses persalinan diikuti rasa nyeri yang membuat calon ibu ketakutan. Nyeri persalinan merupakan fisiologis dikarenakan proses dilatasi serviks, hipoksia otot uterus saat kontraksi, iskemia korpus uterus dan pereganagn segmen bawah rahim dan kompresi saraf di servik. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi manajemen non farmakologi untuk mengontrol rasa nyeri pada proses persalinan berdasarkan studi empiris dalam 5 tahun terakhir. Metode:Desain penelitian menggunakanLiterature review. Sumber data: Pencarian artikel menggunakan databaseScopus, PubMed, dan Google Schoolar yang sesuai dengan topik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris yang terbit mulai tahun 2016. Review methods: pencarian menggunakan keyword “non-farmacologic”AND”pain”AND”labor” dan diseleksi dengan menggunakan format PICOS didapatkan 10 artikel.Hasil: dari 10 artikel terdapat 4 artikel yang menyampaikan bahwa Intervensi non-farmakologis dengan pijat punggung, 2 artikel yang menyampaikan Intervensi non-farmakologis dengan birth ball exercise, 2 artikel yang menyampaikan Intervensi non-farmakologis dengan kompres hangat, 1 artikel yang menyampaikan Intervensi non-farmakologis dengan hydrotherapy dan 1 artikel yang menyampaikan bahwa Intervensi non-farmakologis dengan relaksasi, distraksi, dan hypnotherapi. Kesimpulan: dari 10 artikel dapat ditarik kesimpulan Intervensi nonfarmakologis dengan pijat punggung, Intervensi nonfarmakologis dengan birth ball exercise, Intervensi nonfarmakologis dengan kompres hangat, Intervensi nonfarmakologis dengan hydrotherapy, dan Intervensi nonfarmakologis dengan relaksasi, distraksi, dan hypnotherapy. Kata kunci : non farmakologi, nyeri, persalinan
