Abstract

Setiap anak mempunyai ciri perkembangan masing-masing. Sebutan perkembangan sesungguhnya mencakup 2 kejadian yang sifatnya berbeda, namun saling berkaitan serta susah dipisahkan, ialah perkembangan serta pertumbuhan. Gangguan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan pada anak masih sangat tinggi. Permasalahan gangguan tumbuh kembang di tengah masyarakat dari tahun ke tahun khususnya di Indonesia masih belum teratasi. Tujuan: literature review adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas baby massage terhadap tumbuh kembang pada bayi usia 3-12 bulan berdasarkan studi empiris lima tahun terakhir.Metode:Desain penelitian menggunakan literature review dengan menggunakan kerangka PICOS dalam pencarian literature.Pencarian artikel menggunakan kata kunci yang relevan dan sesuai dengan kritria inklusi dan eksklusi yaitu “baby massage”,”growth “development”, “pijat”, dan “bayi” , “tumbuh kembang” dari database Scient Direct, google scholar dan PubMed, researchgate yang dipublikasikan mulai tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2020.Hasil:literature review didapatkan 10 artikel atau jurnal hasil penelitian dan setelah dilakukan review didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat efektivitas baby massage terhadap tumbuh kembang pada bayi usia 3-12 bulan. Hasil literature review menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas baby massage terhadap tumbuh kembang pada bayi usia 3-12 bulan sangat signifikan.Ada perbedaan rata-rata berat badan dan panjang badan bayi antara sebelum dan sesudah pada kelompok intervensi dengan p-value 0,001<0,05. menunjukkan bahwa nilai p 0,000 (p<0,05).Kesimpulandalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkkembangan bayi usis 3-12 bulan.
