Abstract

Pengantar: Hipoglikemia merupakan salah satu komplikasi yang terjadi pada pasien diabetes gestasional. Hipoglikemia dapat menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan aktivitas pada derajat hipoglikemia sedang dan hipoglikemia berat menyebabkan gangguan total pada aktivitas pasien. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi hubungan diabetus gestasional dengan hipoglikemia pada ibu hamil menurut data empiris lima tahun terakhir. Desain: Literature review. Sumber data: Pencarian menggunakan database PubMed,Plos One dan Google Scholar, jurnal dengan topik yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris 5 tahun terakhir mulai dari tahun 2016-2020. Review metode: Pencarian jurnal menggunakan PICOS dengan keyword yang sesuai dengan penulisan. Jurnal dipilih dengan seleksi jurnal, seleksi abstrak dengan kriteria inklusi, ekslusi sehingga ditemukan jurnal yang dapat direview. Hasil: Literature review dari 10 jurnal yang sudah terpilih semuanya sesuai studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir. (Guntur Budi W, 2016), (Imamah Indah Cahyani, 2017), (Agung Made S, 2018), (Kosanto H, 2016), (Meggeria Dyah Matrika Tito Putri, 2018), (HananeBouchghou, 2020), (EsilemanAbdelaMuche, 2020), (AbdallahY, 2019), (DaphneN, 2018), dan (MaureenS, 2019). Semua refrensi jurnal tersebut menunjukkan ada hubungan diabetus gestasional dengan hipoglikemia pada ibu hamil. Kesimpulan: Pada 10 jurnal yang penulis riview semuanya menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan diabetus gestasional dengan hipoglikemia pada ibu hamil. Kata Kunci : diabetus gestasional, hipoglikemia
