Abstract

Pengantar: Perdarahan postpartum merupakan penyebab utama kesakitan dan kematian ibu di dunia. Identifikasi faktor risiko terjadinya perdarahan postpartum penting untuk mencegah keadaan yang mengancam nyawa tersebut. Penyebab lain yang cukup besar terhadap kesakitan dan kematian ibu adalah preeklampsia. Preeklampsia merupakan suatu penyakit kehamilan yang ditandai dengan hipertensi dan proteinuria yang berkembang setelah 20 minggu masa kehamilan.Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi hubungan pre eklampsia dengan hemorrhagic post partummenurut data empiris lima tahun terakhir. Desain: Literature review. Sumber data: Pencarian menggunakan database BioMed, JMCH, SAGEpub, Science Directdan Google Scholar, jurnal dengan topik yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris 5 tahun terakhir mulai dari tahun 2016-2021. Review metode: Pencarian jurnal menggunakan PICOS dengan keyword yang sesuai dengan penulisan. Jurnal dipilih dengan seleksi jurnal, seleksi abstrak dengan kriteria inklusi, ekslusi sehingga ditemukan jurnal yang dapat direview. Hasil: Literature review dari 10 jurnal yang sudah terpilih semuanya sesuai studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir (Lill Trine Nyfløt, 2017), (AgustusanaYusof, 2019), (Ika Noverina Manik, 2017), (Yuliawati, 2016), (Dewi Yuliana, 2019), (Ita Herawati, 2017), (Fista Permata Putri, 2017), (Siti Nur Hidayati, 2019), (Zhi-Hua Zhou, 2018), dan (Katja Hannola, 2021). Semua refrensi jurnal tersebut menunjukkan ada hubungan pre eklampsia dengan hemorrhagic post partum. Kesimpulan: Pada 10 jurnal yang penulis riview semuanya menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan pre eklampsia dengan hemorrhagic post partum Kata Kunci :pre eklampsia, hemorrhagic post partum
