Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar pada pemberian ASI eksklusif. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI Eksklusif selama Pandemi Covid-19 berdasarkan studi empiris 2 tahun terakhir. Desain : Literature review. Sumber data : menggunakan database Elsevier, BMC, dan Scholar dengan topik yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris selama 2 tahun (2020–2021). Review metode: pencarian jurnal menggunakan framework PICOS dengan keyword yang sesuai dengan penulisan. Jurnal dipilih dengan seleksi jurnal dan abstrak dengan kriteria inklusi, eksklusi sehingga ditemukan jurnal yang dapat diriview. Hasil dan analisis: Review 7 artikel menurut Ristanti et al., (2020), Widaryanti (2021), Igirisa et al., (2020), Williams et al., (2020), Giuliani et al., (2020), Latorre et al., (2021) menyebutkan peran konselor ASI mempengaruhi pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Review 6 artikel menurut Ristanti et al., (2020); Widaryanti (2021); Amy et al., (2021); Igirisa et al., (2020); Giuliani et al., (2020); Suyarman et al., (2021) menyatakan pengetahuan mempengaruhi pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Ristanti et al., (2020); Widaryanti (2021); (Suyarman et al., 2021); (Latorre et al., 2021); Latorre et al., (2021), Amy et al., (2021); (Lubbe et al., (2020); Williams et al., (2020); Mertasari (2021); dan Giuliani et al., (2020) menyebutkan faktor psikologis, dukungan keluarga, lockdown, dan rooming in, ketahanan keluarga, pengalaman menyusui, status kesehatan ibu, promosi susu formula berpengaruh terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif.. Kesimpulan: Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI Eksklusif selama Pandemi Covid-19 yaitu peran konselor, pengetahuan, psikologis, ketahanan keluarga, rooming in, dukungan keluarga, pengalaman ibu, lockdown, promosi susu formula, dan kondisi kesehatan ibu berdasarkan studi empiris 2 tahun terakhir Kata Kunci : ASI Eksklusif, Pandemi, Covid-19
