Abstract
Latar belakang: Penatalaksanaan nyeri secara nonfarmakologis yang digunakan antara lain dengan menggunakan relaksasi, hipnosis, pergerakan dan perubahan posisi, masase kutaneus, hidroterapi, terapi panas/dingin, musik, akupresur, aromaterapi, teknik imajinasi, distraksi dan Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Tujuan: Melakukan analisis literature review jurnal berdasarkan jurnal atau data empiris 5 tahun terakhir tentang Terapi komplementer untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Desain: Literatur review. Sumber data: Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada database ProQuest (2017-2021), PubMed (2017-2021), dan Google Scholar (2017-2021) untuk mengambil artikel yang relevan dengan kesesuaian topik penulisan yang akan diterbitkan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa inggris. Metode: Strategi pencarian artikel menggunakan PICOS framework dengan keyword yang disesuaikan dengan topic penulisan. Artikel dipilih berdasarkan abstrak atau teks lengkap sebelum dimasukkan dalam peninjauan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang akan direview. Hasil: Sebanyak 10 artikel yang terpilih digunakan dalam penulisan literatur. Bahwa sebagian besar dari jurnal menggunakan aroma terapi lavender dan sebagian kecil menggunakan lainnya. Kesimpulan: Ada beragam jenis terapi komplementer yang dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan nyeri pada pasien Post Secsio Caesarea, antara lain meliputi penggunaan Aroma therapi blend essential minyak lavender, Kompres hangat dengan aroma jasmine essential oil, aroma terapi lemon, Kenanga dengan Lavender , Nature-based sounds intervention and headphones intervention, effects of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.
