Abstract
Buku ini ditulis sebagai bentuk terapi alternatif yang mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia melalui penurunan kejadian depresi yang dialami oleh awal lanjut usia dan menopause. Sebagai referensi pengajaran keperawatan gerontik buku ini membahas tentang konsep senam pernafasan, konsep depresi, konsep lanjut usia dan menopause serta kajian evidence base penggunaan senam pernafasan Satria Nusantara untuk menurunkan depresi pada masa lanjut usia dan menopause.
