Abstract

Pendahuluan: Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus dengue yang ditularkan oleh nyamuk Aedes Aegepty melalui gigitannya, DHF dapat mengalami masalah keperawatan salah satunya yaitu hipertermia, dalam penanganan hipertermia ada 2 tindakan yakni non farmakologis dan farmakologis tindakan non farmakologis bisa berupa kompres hangat serta tepid water sponge. Metode: Literature review ini sumber datanya menggunakan data sekunder, pencarian data di akses melalui database Google Scholar dan ResearchGate dengan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir, jurnal di ambil berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Studi design yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan Quasi experiment. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman PICOS. Hasil: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan data sekunder didapatkan 3 karakteristik. Keefektifan teknik kompres tepid water sponge dalam menurunkan suhu tubuh (Yunianti SC et al., 2019), keefektifan teknik kompres hangat pada penurunan suhu tubuh (Wardiyah et al., 2016), teknik kompres tepid water sponge lebih efektif dalam menurunkan suhu tubuh daripada kompres hangat (Novikasari et al., 2019), (Putri et al., 2020) dan (Anggraeni Beti Dwi Lestari 1, 2019). Kesimpulan: Dari 5 jurnal yang sudah direview lima tahun terakhir dapat dengan 3 karakteristik, yang pertama adalah keefektifan teknik kompres tepid water sponge dalam menurunkan suhu tubuh, kedua keefektifan teknik kompres hangat pada penurunan suhu tubuh, ketiga teknik kompres tepid water sponge lebih efektif dalam menurunkan suhu tubuh daripada kompres hangat. Kata Kunci:Tepid water sponge, Kompres hangat, Hipertermia.
