Abstract

Pendahuluan: Ulkus diabetikum sulit disembuhkan apabila perawatannya tidak tepat. Perawatan luka yang efektif pada penderita ulkus diabetikum sangat diperlukan untuk mengurangi dan mencegah resiko luka bertambah parah atau bahkan amputasi. Semakin cepat perawatan ulkus diabetikum akan berdapak baik terhadap penyembuhan ulkus. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi metode wound care pada penderita ulkus diabetikum berdasarkan studi empiris 5 tahun terakhir.Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan literature review dengan frameworck PICOS yaitu Problem jurnal internasional yang berhubungan dengan topik penelitian hyperbaric oxygen therpy dan medical grade honey. Intervention pemberian hyperbaric oxygen therapy dan medical grade honey pada penderita ulkus diabetikumn. Comparation tidak ada faktor pembanding. Outcome memperkecil ukuran luka, mempercepat waktu penyembuhan luka, mempercepat penutupan luka, mengurangi bau yang tidak sedap, meningkatkan produksi serum albumin dan tentunya menyembuhkan ulkus diabetikum. Study design Quasi experimental study, comparative staudy. Pencarian menggunakan database science direct, Pubmed dan ProQuest. Hasil dan analisis: Desain penelitian menggunakan Quasi experiment (75%), Teknik sampling menggunakan Randomized control (83%), dan menggunakan analisis Chi square test (50%). Kesimpulan: Pemberian metode wound care dengan hyperbaric oxygen therapy dan medical grade honey dapat menyembuhkan ulkus diabetikum. Kata kunci: wound care, diabetic foot ulcer,hbot,Honey
