Abstract

Afasia motorik merupakan sebagian besar manifestasi klinis pada pasien stroke yang mengakibatkan gangguan bicara (afasia motorik). Tujuan literature review ini untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas pemberian Speech And Language Therapy (SLT) terhadap afasia motorik pada pasien stroke berdasarkan studi empiris dalam lima tahun terakhir. Metode penelitian menggunakan Literature Review mendapatkan 21.069 artikel sesuai dengan kata kunci, diseleksi 5 tahun terakhir 7.537, seleksi judul dan duplikat 2.549,identifikasi abstrak 198,analisis artikel akhir yang sesuai dengan tema dan topik 10 artikel dalam penacarian sumber data artikel dilakukan melalui database scopus,pubmed dan google scholar (2016-2020) untuk mengambil artikel yang relevan yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia. Kata kunci yang terkait dengan speech and language therapy,aphasia motorik,post stroke,terapi AIUEO digunakan dalam pencarian subjek terkait, study design menggunakan Experimental, Quasi experiment,Pre experiment,Experimentsurvey,Randomized controlled trial. Instrument yang digunakan obsevasi. Hasil literature review dari 10 artikel menunjukan speech and language therapy efektif untuk mengatasi afasia motorik pada pasien stroke dengan skala pemberian terapi 2x dalam sehari selama 4-8 minggu.hasil uji statistik didapatkan hasil p 0,030 (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan literature review dari 10 artikel berdasarkan study empiris 5 tahun terakhir dapat disimpulkan bahwa speech and language therapy efektif terhadap afasia motorik pada pasien stroke.
