Abstract

Pendahuluan : Pembelajaran daring yang diselenggarakan selama pandemi Covid-19 sering menimbulkan berbagai masalah, hal ini menjadi pemicu timbulnya stress pada mahasiswa, jika tidak segera ditangani dapat menimbulkan masalah psikologis lain yang lebih serius seperti depresi. Tujuannya yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi manajemen stress saat pembelajaran daring selama pandemi Covid-19. Bahan dan Metode : Strategi pencarian literature menggunakan population/problem, intervention, comparation, outcame, study design dan keyword yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Literature Review : Sumber data : Pencarian database yang dilakukan di Science Direct, ERIC, PubMed dan Google Scholar, diterbitkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris antara tahun 2020-2021. Hasil : Hasil review yang diperoleh yaitu mahasiswa yang mengalami stress saat pembelajaran daring melakukan manajemen stress dengan menggunakan emotional focused coping dan problem focused coping. Hasil Analisa di dapatkan hampir seluruh mahasiswa melakukan strategi koping dengan baik. Kesimpulan : Manajemen stress yang dilakukan mahasiswa yaitu emotional focused coping dan Problem focused coping.
