Abstract
Latar Belakang Mengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol secara berlebihan dan terus menerus merupakan faktor resiko berbagai penyakit kronis, diantaranya gangguan fungsi ginjal. Konsumsi alkohol dalam jangka panjang dapat meningkatkan tekanan darah yang merupakan faktor resiko terjadinya kerusakan ginjal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kadar kreatinin pada pengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol. Metode literatur review ini menelaah 5 artikel tentang kadar kreatinin pada pengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol dalam kurun waktu 2015 sampai 2020. Literature review ini menggunakam metode PICO dengan kata kunci “konsumsi alkohol dan kreatinin”, untuk mencari dan menganalisa artikel yang akan digunakan. Artikel internasiona maupun nasional dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa inggris yang diperoleh dari 4 database yaitu Google Scholar, Plos One, Science direct dan Pubmed. Hasil dari 5 artikel didapatkan hasil pada 3 artikel terdapat peningkatan kadar kreatinin dan 2 artikel tidak menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kadar kreatinin pada pengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol. Kesimpulan kadar kreatinin meningkat pada pengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol. Minuman beralkohol berpengaruh terhadap kerusakan ginjal. Kata Kunci : Konsumsi Alkohol, Kreatinin.
