Abstract

Hypertension is one of the many degenerative diseases found in the Indonesia Government through Health BPJS articulated the chronic disease management Program (Prolanis) aimed at patients with hypertension cases to resolve the condition of hypertension patients. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of activity of Prolanis against changes in blood pressure sufferers of primary hypertension. Design research is one group pre test post test. The population is the participant of Prolanis Mentari Bersinar UPTD Puskesmas Taji Magetan, East Java, which suffered from primary hypertension as many as 42 people with 42 samples. The sampling technique is total sampling, a total of 42 people. The variables in this research consist of independent variable that is activity of Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) and dependent variable that is change of blood pressure of patient of primary hypertension. Research instrument using spygmanometer, stethoscope, observation and questionnaire sheet. Processing of data is carried out by means of coding, editing, tabulating and statistical tests using wilcoxon test (α = 0,05). The results showed that most of the respondents prior to the activity of the Prolanis as much as 22 respondents (52.4%) are persons with hypertension stage I and having carried out the activity of the Prolanis shows that nearly half of 19 respondents (45.2%) are hypertension stage I and a small proportion of respondents (23.8%) respondents 10 is normal. Test of Wilcoxon significance value menunjukkaan ρ = 0.000 (0.05), so that H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Conclusion there is influence of activity of Prolanis to change of blood pressure of patient of primary hypertension in club Prolanis Mentari Bersinar UPTD Puskesmas Taji Magetan Regency of Jawa Timut year 2018.
