Abstract
Pada proses kehamilan trimester III ibu sering mengalami ketidak nyamanan seperti konsttipasi, nyeri uluh hati kaki bengkak dan keputihan. Salah satu ketidaknyamanan yang sering di alami ibu hamil adalah nyeri punggung. Tujuan asuhan ini adalah agar kehamilan, persalinan, BBL, nifas, neonatus dan KB dapat berjalan dengan normal, maka dari itu di lakukan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif. Metode yang di gunakan dalam melaksanakan asuhan secara continuity of care adalah dengan melakukan secara langsung pemeriksaan, observasi dan wawancara kepada pasien. Hasil asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif yang penulis peroleh dari mulai kehamilan usia 31 minggu yaitu pada Ny”Y” dengan kehamilan normal meskipun ditemukan kesenjangan namun dapat berjalan dengan normal, persalinan normal tampa komplikasi nifas bayi baru lahir normal neonatus normal dan ibu menggunakan Kb suntik 3 bulan di BPM Siti Rofia’tun,SST. Kesimpulan dari asuhan kebidanan continuity of care berjalan dengan normal semua sampai dengan keputusan mengunakan alat kontrasepsi di BPM Siti Rofi’atun, SST Ds.Sambirejo Kec Jogoroto Kab.Jombang. Kata kunci : Asuhan Kebidanan Nyeri Punggung
