Abstract
Hemoglobin adalah molekul eritrosit dengan fungsi mengangkut oksigen dari paru ke jaringan tubuh dan membawa karbondioksida kembali ke paru dari jaringan tubuh. Kadar hemoglobin rendah dapat menyebabkan risiko terjadinya anemia pada ibu hamil. Beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan anemia salah satunya adalah tingkat pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil berpendidikan maksimal SMP. Desain penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil berpendidikan maksimal SMP di Puskesmas Cukir Kabupaten Jombang yang berjumlah 31 responden. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 11 responden menggunakan teknik sempling purpossive sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil berpendidikan maksimal SMP. Pemeriksaan kadar hemoglobin ini menggunakan metode hematologi analyzer. Analisa data ini disajikan dengan dalam bentuk tabel. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil sebagian besar sampel abnormal terdapat 6 responden (55%). Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil berpebdidikan maksimal SMP mempunyai kadar hemoglobin abnormal. Kata kunci : Hemoglobin, ibu hamil, tingkat pendidikan
