Abstract
Pendahuluan Bronkopneumonia adalah salah satu bagian dari penyakit Pneumonia. Bronkopneumonia juga merupakan peradangan pada parenkim paru yang disebabkan oleh bakteri,virus, jamur ataupun benda asing yang ditandai dengan panas yang tinggi, napas cepat dan dangkal serta batuk produktif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada klien bronkopneumonia dengan masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafasdi ruang asoka RSUD Bangil Pasuruan. Metode Penelitian Desain penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini diambil dari RSUD Bangil Pasuruan sebanyak 2 klien dengan diagnose Bronkopneumonia dengan masalah ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas. Hasil studi kasus pada klien 1 dan 2 dengan penderita Bronkopneumonia, didapatkan satu diagnose yang prioritas yakni ketidakefektifan bersihan jalan nafas berhubungan dengan adanya penumpukan secret pada jalan nafas. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 2 hari didapatkan klien dapat mengurangi batuk produktif. Kesimpulan dari kasus keluarga klien 1 dan 2 dengan penderita Bronkopneumonia adalah masalah teratasi sebagian.Saran dari studi kasus ini yaitu menjaga pola hidup yang teratur agar tekanan darah di batas normal. Kata Kunci : Asuhan Keperawatan , Bronkopneumonia , Gangguan Ketidakefektifan Jalan Nafas
