Abstract
Gagal jantung merupakan salah satu penyakit cardiovaskuler yang menempati urutan tertinggi dari penyebab kematian. Gagal jantung bisa menyebabkan beban preload dan afterload meningkat, kemuadian mengakibatkan beban kinerja jantung bertambah, hal ini akan menimbulkan keadaan merugikan yaitu kongesti paru dan menimbulkan masalah gangguan pertukaran gas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan asuhan keperawatan terhadap klien yang mengalami gagal jantung dengan masalah gangguan pertukaran gas. Desain dalam penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Partisipan yang digunakan adalah 2 klien dengan diagnosa medik yang sama, yaitu mengalami gagal jantung dengan masalah gangguan pertukaran gas. Data dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diruang CVCU RSUD Bangil Pasuruan, berdasarkan pengkajian diketahui bahwa Ny. K mengatakan mengalami sesak, nyeri dada kiri, dengan data obyektif ada pernafasan cuping hidung, menggunakan otot bantu pernafasan , irama nafas cepat dan teratur. Sedangkan Ny. S mengeluh sesak, nyeri dada, dengan data obyektif pernafasan cuping hidung, bentuk dada simetris, irama nafas cepat dan teratur. Diagnosa keperawatan yang ditetapkan adalah gangguan pertukaran gas. Kesimpulan dari asuhan keperawatan yang dilakukan pada Ny. K dan Ny. S dengan masalah Gangguan Pertukaran Gas yaitu terjadi perbedaan hasil dimana Ny. K kondisinya lebih bagus dilihat dari berkurangnya keluhan dan tanda gejala yang ada, hal ini dapat dikarenakan Ny. S memiliki komplikasi penyakit lain sehingga perlu adanya tindakan lebih lanjut.
