Abstract
Stroke Non Hemoragik merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan karena adanya sumbatan pada aliran darah di otak. Sumbatan tersebut disebabkan terbentuknya gumpalan darah diotak atau disebabkan karena terbentuknya gumpalan ditempat lain kemudian terbawa keotak melalui pembuluh darah. Gumpalan darah tersebut bisa menghambat aliran darah menuju otak sehingga otak kekurangan darah. dapat memahami dan mengaplikasiakan asuhan keperawatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis berdasarkan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi hingga membentuk sebuah data. Kemudian data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel, gambar maupun teks naratif. Dari data yang disajikan, kemudian data dibahas dan dibandingkan dengan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 2 pasien Stroke Non Hemoragik dengan masalah gangguan perfusi jaringan serebral di Ruang Krisan RSUD Bangil Pasuruan. studi kasus pada klien Ny. E dan Tn. S dengan Stroke Non Hemoragik, didapatkan satu diagnosa yang diprioritas yakni gangguan perfusi jaringan serebral. Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan selama 3 hari didapatkan pasien keduanya sudah sadarkan diri tetapi perawatan pengobatan masih lanjut Kesimpulan dari kasus Ny. S dan Tn. R dengan Stoke Non Hemoragik adalah masalah teratas sebagian. Saran dari studi kasus ini yaitu diharapkan keluarga klien harus ikut berpartisipasi dalam perawatan dan pengobatan dalam upaya mempercepat proses penyembuhan serta bisa menerima dan melaksanakan perturan yang telah dietapkan di ruangan. SARAN: Diharapkan klien selalu berusaha untuk melatih secara mandiri untuk berbicara dan melatih pergerakan tangan dan kaki Kata kunci: Asuhan keperawatan, Stroke Non Hemoragik, perubahan perfusi jaringan serebral.
