Abstract

Pendahuluan :Sikap diet yang tidak teratur, makan terlalu banyak, makan-makanan yang terlalu berbumbu atau yang mengandung organisme dapat menyebabkan gastritis dan masalah ini banyak dialami oleh mayoritas santri dipondok. Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap sikap santri dalam pencegahan gastritis.Metode penelitian ini yaitu pra eksprimen one group pre test post test . Populasi dalam penelitian adalah Semua santri di pondok pesantren hidayatus islam desa clarak kabupaten probolinggo dengan tehnik simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel 30.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu Penyuluhan kesehatan dan variable dependen sikap pencegahan gastritis Dengan instrument penelitian ini menggunakan SAP dan leaflet dan kusioner.Pengolahan data menggunakan Editing, coding,Scoring,,Tabulating. Tehnik analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan nilai a = 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Responden sikap santri dalam pencegahan gastritis sebelum penyuluhan kesehatan. positif 14 0rang(46,7), negatif 16 orang(53,3), dan sikap santri dalam pencegahan gastritis sesudah penyuluhan kesehatan. Positif 26 orang (86,7), negatif 4 orang(13,3) . Hasil uji wilcoxon yaitu nilai p=0,001< a 0,05.Kesimpulan sehingga H1 diterima.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh atara penyuluhan kesehatan dalam pencegahan gastritis.
