Abstract
Penderita TB paru akan mengalami ketidakpatuhan dalam pengobatan dikarenakan pengobatan yang lama, usia yang terlalu tua, kurang pengetahuan dan pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB paru berdasarkan studi empiris empat tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan literature review melalui database PMC, BMC, ScienceDirect, Springer dan Google Scholar (2018-2021) untuk mengambil artikel yang relevan diterbitkan dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Populasi ini berkaitan dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB paru, tidak ada intervensi, dan tidak ada faktor pembanding dalam penelitian. Outcome penelitian terdapat faktor pengetahuan, dukungan keluarga, stigma masyarakat, petugas kesehatan dan pengobatan. Studi desain menggunakan cross sectional, case control dan studi kualitatif. Hasil literature menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan minum obat pada penderita TB paru sebagian besar adalah stigma masyarakat. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa faktor utama yang paling besar mempengaruhi kepatuhan minum obat adalah faktor stigma masyarakat, dorongan petugas kesehatan dan pengetahuan. Kata kunci: faktor TB, kepatuhan minum obat, pasien TB.
