Abstract
ABSTRAK Pendahuluan :Hipertermi merupakan gejala awal yang sering dialami oleh penderita thypus abbominalis. Tanda awal hipertermi yaitu klien mengalami kenaikan suhu tubuh, kondisi ini membuat klien penderita thypus merasa tidak nyaman. Tujuan :Mampu memberikan perawatan pada klien thypus abdominalis dengan masalah hipertermi berbasis theory of comfort.Metode :Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Studi kasus yang menjadi pokok bahasan penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengspolasi masalah asuhan keperawatan pada klien yang mengalami thypus abdominalis dengan masalah hipertermi.Hasil :pemberian asuhan keperawatan pada klien thypus abdominalis berbasis theory comfortyang terfokus dalam pemberian kebuuhan rasa nyaman, didapatkan hasil klien 1 mengaami kenaikan suhu tubuh 38,2oC dan klien 2 mengalami kenaikan suhu tubuh 38,2oC dengan hasil laboratorium kedua klien mengalami kenaikan leukosit, penurunan hemoglobin, kenaikan SGOTdan SGPT, dan IgMS. Thypi positif 6 untuk 2 klien 1dan positif 4 untuk klien 2.Implementasi yang dilakukan oleh penulis sesuai dengan standart comfort, coaching, dan comfort food for the souldari kolcaba. Kesimpulan :Berdasarkan asuhan keperawatan yang sudah diberikan sesuai intervensi dari kolcaba didapatkan suhu klien 1 37,8oC,suhu klien 2 37,6oC, nadi dan RR dalam rentas normal, kulit teraba hangat, sehingga pemberian kompres hangat dan pemberian obat antipiretik telah dilakukan sampai demam klien dalam rentan normal. Saran : Saran yang diberikan peneliti bagi perawat diharapkan dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam perawatan pada klien khususnya pada klien thypus abdominalis dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan agar mampu mengembangkan teori comfort lebih optimal lagi sehingga dapat digunakan secara optimal dalam asuhan keperawatan.
