Abstract
Pestisida merupakan bahan kimia yang dapat menghilangkan hama dan dapat meningkatkan hasil pertanian, disamping efek menguntungkan juga dapat menimbulkan efek merugikan dari paparan pestisida pada manusia yakni dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan petani. Tubuh yang terpapar pestisida akan mengganggu pembentukan sel darah merah yang dapat berpengaruh pada penurunan kadar hematokrit dan sistem imun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar hematokrit pada petani yang terpapar pestisida. Metode yang digunakan desain literature review yang memakai format PICOS dan menggunakan kata kunci “exposure pesticide” AND “exposed pesticide hematology”. Hasil yang diperoleh dari database Science Direct, Google Schoolar dan Spirnger sebanyak 50 jurnal kemudian difilter lagi untuk jurnal dalam kurun waktu lima tahun dan dengan permasalahan yang sama didapatkan jurnal sebanyak 5 judul. Hasil telaah dari 5 jurnal didapatkan kadar hematokrit pada petani yang terpapar pestisida didapatkan sebanyak 191 responden (86,4%) dalam kisaran normal. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian literature riview dengan mengumpulkan beberapa jurnal petani yang terpapar pestisida didapatkan responden nemiliki kadar hematokrit normal.
